Hi Members,
The administrators & moderators of these forums will endeavor to remove as quickly as possible all the messages that are reprehensible. However, it is impossible for them to review all the messages. You thus admit that all the messages posted on these forums express the sight and opinion of their respective authors, and not those of the moderators or the Webmaster (except messages posted by themselves) and consequently whom they cannot be held for as persons in charge for the discussions.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of these forums have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

The TWO RULES we expect all members to abide by while participating here are:

1) TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT.

2) IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING CONSTRUCTIVE TO SAY ABOUT SOMEONE OR SOMETHING, DON'T SAY IT. PLEASE KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.

If these two rules are violated, your thread/post will be closed, edited, or deleted. If a member in question disregards these rules repeatedly, he/she will be banned.

Let me clarify something, first of all, this board IS NOT based on democracy and unrestricted free speech/expression. It IS a benevolent sovereignty established and maintained by myself and my fellow administrators/moderators.

We encourage constructive discourse but demand civility amongst members in the process. You are welcome to express supportive and/or diverging thoughts and viewpoints on impersonal subject matters--e.g. systems, strategies, tactics, techniques, training methods, happenings, etc. What we DON'T WANT and WON'T TOLERATE are personal attacks and name calling along with political, religious, and/or racial slanders/debates.

Our hopes for this board is for it to be a place where all members feel welcome to learn, share, and express themselves without fear of malicious reprisals and ridicule. Along these lines, we want this board to be a positive and synergistic place that is worthwhile to all to spend time on.

We don't want this place to be one of "drama," riddled with personal conflicts and hostile feelings.

We are going to do our best to ensure this site is always a "good" one to spend time on.

One more post concerning rules...

Upon viewing, we will edit or delete names, avatars, images, words, comments, posts, topics, threads that we deem inappropriate and/or not substantive. In the process, we will warn, temporarily ban, or permanently ban the offending member depending on the offense(s) committed. Heed this warning as is because when any of us take action, we may or may not give you a private or public notification/explanation other than what I've posted here due to time and/or inclination factors. Some of you may deem what we do and how we govern this board as subjective, biased, and unfair. At times, that may or may not be the case. But in whatever instance, this is our board to do as we choose. When we do take action, it is for, what we determine to be, the overall good of the board. Please keep in mind, this is a privately created board voluntarily maintained as a labor of love.

This board is not an "equal rights," "free-for-all," do-whatever-you-want" democracy. This board is a benign sovereignty created and maintained by myself and three of my friends. We exercise full power and authority over it. We started this board as a labor of love and sincerely want this place to be a positive, constructive, mature venue where we can all learn, grow, and interact as adults with the benefit of fostering friendships in the process.

We hope that the ethos we've established will inspire good people to join, good members to stay & participate, and discourage/drive away trolls from our site.

There is no debate or discussion on this. If you violate our ethos, we will take decisive action.
