I was just turned on to this board, I was told Lito was involved with it, so I know it must be top notch. My background started with wrestling in HS and college, from there I moved to kempo, JKD and shootfighting. In 1999 I met Ralph Grasso and he taught me the combatives approach. Had the opportunity to train with Ralph for a number of years. And like others, I'm sure, I have tried to incorporate a little Rich Dimitri and a little Geoff Thompson as well as some others into what I do now.

Once again, welcome! Please feel at home to put your two cents in whenever the mood hits ya. We go back to the old (and sadly defunct) Close Combat Forum and no matter what message board you participate in, you post "all meat and no filler" in a mature way. I've always respected that. It'd be great if you'd continue your ways here. I, for one, would appreciate your thoughts and viewpoints in the mix of things.

Anyway, thanks for being here and on my two previous message boards.

Thanks for the warm welcome and kind words. Everything is fine with me and I hope everything is good with you guys. I am still training, however, not as often as I would like (wife, kids, work...same old story). Lito, I will let Lester and Ralph know you said hi.
