PostSubject: Hi everyone   Tue Apr 08, 2008 1:33 pm

Well I guess it's about time I joined over here. I was a member of the old GT forum and am a member at SP. I go by Sea Bass over there but reading the rules I saw that first names are wanted.

I train and help Rusty teach at his school. My experience comes from my time that I worked as a MP in the Army, mainly breaking up fights and reporting on the what, where, when, how and so on that goes with that job. I love training in self-protection and all the aspects that go along with that kind of training. I also enjoy the combat sports. Most importantly I wish to learn as much as I can.

Here is a short clip of me hitting some heavy bags. If you see tidbits that would help me deliver more power I would love to hear any advice. Thanks

Good clips by the way. You've got some nice hooks.

If I were to offer any advice it would only be that you look to tense up a great deal before throwing your punch. I would working on relaxing more for more explosion and snap. Your chin also appears to be pretty high when punching. Try rounding your shoulders a bit a bit more to tuck it down.

Good stuff.

Hi Vic,
Welcome aboard! It's good to have you here. Thanks for being a member on our two previous boards and now this one. I truly believe this third one's the charm as all the wheat has finally been separated from the chaff so to speak...

Please feel at home to put your two cents in whenever the mood hits ya. Your posts were constructive on the other two boards, so I am quite confident you can maintain, even exceed, that here.

Oh, thanks for respecting our name policy here; I appreciate it.

Tailgating off of Jeff's comments, you do have some nice hooks. I second his advice for you. By heeding them, I'm sure your form and power will increase.

Anyway, welcome again. Hope all is well with you and your family. Take care and God bless...

Best Regards,
Lito

Hey Vic,

That's one sweet looking gym, LOL. Hey, If George Foreman had been an Irish Light Heavy, he'd have looked like you there poking holes in my bags like that.
