Yeah, I was disappointed in the direction the other board was going in too. That is but one reason this new board came into existence. Anyway, as I read in Dear Abby a long time ago, "Good judgement comes from experience and experience comes from bad judgement."
You are right about us (Jeff, Chris, and I) not letting any pettiness and ego ruin this board. There was nothing we could do about the first board (which was actually doing fine). We were blind-sided on the second one. This third time's gonna be the charm...
