Theres no doubt Brock is a great wrestler and he is unbelieveably strong but how do you think he will do in the UFC? Also if you was training him what would you focus on

Hi Andy,
I just wanted to let you know Bas is out of town for a couple of weeks training special forces. Once he comes back, he'll answer your question. Thanks for your patience.

Hope you and your family are doing well.

Take Care,
Lito

Hi Andy,
Here's Bas' answer to your question. Thanks for your patience.

Take Care,

Hey Andy!

Brock Lesnar is very strong, I know that he trains already on my Bas
Rutten's MMA Workout, so that's a good thing and tells me that he is
working
on his striking, which is the answer to your other question, I would
train
him in striking, really focus on that. Of course also on the ground,
but he
should be able to stop many take downs.

Also the ground game of course, but focus on easy submissions, like a
figure
4 and reversed figure 4 but give him really good set ups for those.
It's not
about the submission, that's the easy part, it's how you set them up.
Also teach him some basic defenses for when he is in somebodies guard
and
that would be it in the beginning!

Godspeed and party on!

Bas
