I treated myself to a new punch bag t'other day.

Any opinions/input welcome...

It's mostly going to be used for palms,h/fist,and elbows.

Hi Ade

We have one at the gym where I teach from, it's filled with what appears to be cement by the dust that comes out of it Laughing

It's ideal because its at head height, perfect for working elbow, and short punches. Not so good for slaps though, the feedback isn't positive enough due to the weight (its way heavier than most peole's head) and the way it hangs from the top.

Not a bad bit of kit though Smile
