| Hi Alan yes it seems like forever waiting to get a book into print. It will happen thats for sure. The book (manuscript) if i may call it that is an autobiographical account of my life to date. I decided to write it after a lot of thinking about writing it! The stories track the way i felt about about the way i had became as a person. i attracted violence into my life experience because that was all i lived for, i had become addicted to the buz of it i literally loved a good brawl. I didn't care about the consequences of my actions in fact the majority of the time i saw red and acted, other times i was very calculated in my execution of violence. Never the less i got caught in a downward spiral and could see no way out for myself. I felt extremely blameful of evrything and everyone, they were to blame for how i had become. I felt hate a very powerful emotion, where the hate was should have been love and peace but it was not meant to be until i came to terms with the real me! The stories are not meant to glorify violence but to portrait it for what it is an outlet for fear, anger, hate, guilt, and for some pleasure. I am an extremely happy person today and shall remain so as long as i am on this gods earth. As my good friend Geoff Thompson recently said "its all good." Take care Alan John |

| Hi Again John, You are one of the few I know who has turned a life of violence around into a life of love, peace, and happiness. That is simply great! It's also very cool that you're able to keep a balanced perspective about your past and acknowledge the value in using it to teach others how to protect themselves realistically and gain real confidence in the process. It's a fine balance to tread and you are doing it nicely. Well done.
Take care and thanks so much for being here and sharing your knowledge and experience.
