| Hi John, I'm very curious and interested in your Pentagon system. Can you give us more specific details about it and how you came about putting it together?
Thanks pal.

| Hi Lito, I found that during my study of commercial self defence i realised how confusing all of the information that was availible was to the new comer- How do you teach a system of self defence to someone that has no knowledge or experience. Also I wanted to be able to teach street effective techniques that have been tried and tested and are easy to perform. Of course i also wanted the system to appeal to those in the the security field, People who are at risk more than the average joe, that is why i term the system as not only a system of self defence but one of self defence awareness - peple need to know how they can be attacked, by whom- when-where- and the law, regardless of there age and physical condition they can take part even if it just to take in the info.
The system is broken down into Five phases and each phase deals with an aspect of self protection and street effective power strikes. I use real incidents and experience to enhance the learning experience. I shall post some more info later John |

| Hi John,
Im hoping to come along to at least one of your pentagon seminars next year and bring a couple of mates along with me. Two of the guys in question have exactly zero self defence/martial arts experience, and are very concerned about getting hit.
What is the minimum level of contact they need to be prepared for at these seminars?
Do you suggest that phase one must be attended first?

| Hi Ric, the system is designed as a pre-emtive K.O. training and self defence awareness system and is suitable for all. Starting at phase one makes good sense, the system is very flexible and comprehensive. Your friends will gain a great insight into the world of violence from a very safe platform and they will have a great time. take care Ric and thanks John |
