| Happy New Year All,
Just wondering what everyones routines are. I get up for work everyday at 6:15am and am home for about 7:45pm. I have lunch at my desk.
I really should do more training but at the moment I train at classes twice a week for two hours each time. With two small kids weekends are eaten up with them.
It's easy to make excuses and I probably could make more time (but can't see the would for the trees). I am just wondering:
- What time people rise and sleep each day - suggestions to get around my groundhog routine.
Hopefully your views will inspire me to kick my butt into better shap.
Regards and thanks

| Hi sumprash
This is a common problem, short of getting divorced and putting the kids into care there's not really much that you can do but dont worry it gets easier as they get older, in the meantime stick with your two sessions every week and speak nicely to the wife, maybe she will let you get to at least one seminar every month/six weeks.
