| Hi, Just to let you know that I have just released the US version of my book – this edition is entitled “Live Your Life”.
Reviews to date for the UK copy (the only difference is the title):
“I love this book, the author really knows his stuff, his voice is strong and his message profound, I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to change their life.” Geoff Thompson (Bafta winning Screenwriter & Best Selling Author)
“Sounds corny but it has been a life changing experience. This book really made me disappointed with myself - why have I allowed stress to dominate my life for so many years? The book gave me ideas for an escape route. Knowing this guy has also been there gave me the confidence to start the long journey.” S
”If you buy just one book this year I would recommend this one as it is written by someone who is actually living what he writes. There is an integrity about Paul that shines through each word and having met him I can honestly say that he is 'what it says on the tin.” Tyson, moderator at bohemiancafe.co.uk
Live Your Life is a self-help book that looks at personal growth and development in the context of a busy 21st Century lifestyle. It is a very honest book, and does not read like the typical "ten easy steps to enlightenment" or "30 days to a higher consciousness" books that are widely available. Instead it takes a no nonsense holistic view to dealing with stress and anxiety, and moving towards living the life that you want to live.
The book is available here, along with a seven-page preview that shows the preface and introduction:
