UNARMED KNIFE DEFENCE TACTICS

The training will be done in a progression series, but it could also stand alone on its own if you are unable to attend any one of the previous seminars. All martial arts styles and systems welcome, All levels welcome, All fitness level welcome, No martial arts experience required. Age Restriction : 18 years old and above only.
