| Question for everyone.
Do you eat or drink any particular food/fluid specifically for it's nutritional value ?
If so what and why ?
If you have created a strict nutritional regime for yourself how long did it take before you felt the benefit ?

| | Natural yoghurt with brewer´s yeast, treacle, sunflower seeds, nuts and dried cranberries every morning. It's packed with B-vitamins and I´ve found it to be great for my joints. It also tastes surprisingly good... |

Ah now that's interesting, do you know of any benefits derived from the guiness, not that I'm going to take to drinking it or any other alcohol, just curious.

| Actual I as joking aout the guiness, though I do drink that muh a day I do feel a lot better than when I drank larger, which made my gut bad.
I do know of one boxer who's trainer made him drink guiness after every training session.
I do know that it was one of the things I was going to cut down on but then I began the rest of the 'diet', watched the fat (not weight: fat) drop off me and decided the guiness wasn't doing any harm and so kept on enjoying it |
